Walk to Imperial Hotel in 4 minutes and take Da-Yo Air Bus to Taoyuan International Airport.
* Alternatively, you may take a taxi to reach the hotel and it would cost around TWD 1500.

What was the highlight of Silken Hotel

Everything was very nice! Highly recommend for a short stay in Taipei.

There was free snacks and coffee in the lobby for the guests, the staff were happy to help us book a cab to the airport and the cleaning service was very good too. The room matched the website perfectly, we booked the triple room and it was not only spacious but had a sitting area and a lot of table area too to sit at.

The hotel interior was more old compared to the model design of the rooms, which gives people a wrong impression. It can be more modern to match how nice the hotel rooms are!

Perfect stay

Hotel and rooms were very true to the pictures provided. The receptionists were always very nice. There's snacks and a fancy coffee machine in the lobby. Room was bigger than expected and had windows that spanned all around. The drapes were very good and kept noise and light outside during the night. The view was also nice. The bathroom comes with a japanese toilet seat.

1. Great coffee machine just locates by the reception. 2. Friendly staffs and comfy room!

At the first and second night, it’s hard to find a balance between staying blanket (too hot) and letting AC on (too cold). But it turns out to be alright after we turned off the AC.

Good staying for travelling

It's not too far from the city center (train station) but it is quite quiet and easily accessible by bus and metro, a few minutes walking needed. The room facilities are good and clean, room space is fair enough with open window so I can take some fresh air in the morning. The hotel is surrounded by the local shops so you can find local small restaurants for foods. I had a good staying here for 3 nights, will be in my list for the next time.

Very Good

This hotel was pretty nice, it is definitely an older building that has been remodeled. The room was very clean and nice. The staff at the desk spoke English and there was free coffee and snacks in the lobby. The location is pretty good and there is a metro station and several bus stops within a 10 mintue walk.

The only slight inconvenience we had was that it was a bit difficult to unlock the door with the key card we were given. We had to scan it 4-5 times before the door unlocked. On the inside, the security chain for the door was quite flimsy as well. Other than that, we didn't have any problems

Very nice stay. Peaceful environment. Comfy. Best for people who don't like city-city vibe.

The staff are really helpful even though they barely speak English. The room looks classic but very comfy and wide.

You need to leave the keycard at reception before going out. And it's kidda far from train station, which takes you 7-10 mins walk.

Overall, the experience was great. The staff was friendly, and our room was cleaned daily. I only wish they had the heating function on their AC since it was too cold in January. We got additional blankets and it was alright at night.

good location. Nice furniture in the room. Japanese style toilet.

The hotel is a bit worn out. The staff is friendly but speak NO English. At all. In a 3 star hotel. Every time you ever to go out of the hotel need to give the key card back and collect it again when you are back. Why?!
